1. Wiring Instructions for Vortex Flow Meter

The vortex flow meter sensor adopts a three line inspection system: power supply, signal, and power ground. Use three core shielded cables. The shielded wire is connected to the housing ground at one end of the sensor. Do not connect the secondary instrument terminal to the ground. Connect the three cores to the power supply, signal, and ground of the monitoring (Ω) power supply respectively. The transmitter in Figure 10 is a two-wire system: using a two core cable, the vortex "+" and "-" terminals are respectively connected to the+24V and test instrument signal input "Sui Qiao+" terminal, and the signal "-" terminal is connected to the 24VDC "-" terminal. The output of this circuit is 4-20mA. See Figure 11

2. Composition and working principle of a hot wire air flow meter? The basic components of a flowmeter include a platinum hot wire that senses air flow, a temperature compensation resistor (cold wire) that corrects based on intake temperature, a control circuit that controls the hot wire current, and a housing. According to the different installation locations of platinum hotlines inside the housing, they can be divided into mainstream measurement methods installed in the main air channel and side channel measurement methods installed in the adjacent air channel. A hot wire air flow meter operates by utilizing the cooling effect of air flowing through a hot metal wire. Place a platinum wire hot wire in the intake air flow, and when a constant current passes through the platinum wire to heat it, if the air flowing around the platinum wire increases, the temperature of the metal wire will decrease. If the temperature of the platinum wire needs to be kept con

stant, the current of the heating wire should be adjusted according to the air flow rate. The larger the air flow rate, the greater the required current. Meaning: This flowmeter adopts an isothermal hot wire method, with RH, RK, RA, and RB forming the four arms of the Wheatstone bridge. The hot wire RH (usually made of platinum wire) and the temperature compensation resistor RK (cold wire) are placed together in the measured channel to maintain the temperature difference between RH and the airflow at a level (usually 100 º C or 150 º C). When the airflow increases, due to the accelerated heat dissipation, the RH cooling resistance changes, and the bridge loses balance. At this time, the integrated circuit will increase the bridge voltage to restore the balance of the bridge. Usually, the voltage drop on the RA in the hall is taken as the measurement signal. 3. Working Principle and Selection of Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Working Principle and Selection of Electromagnetic Flow Meter Working Principle of Electromagnetic Flow Meter: Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) is an instrument that uses Faradays law of electromagnetic induction to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids. Its working principle is based on the following formula: E=B · V · D · K, where E is the induced potential; B is the magnetic induction intensity; V is the average flow velocity of the conductive liquid; D is the electrode spacing (measuring the inner diameter of the tube); K is a coefficient related to the magnetic field distribution and axial length. When a conductive liquid flows vertically in a magnetic field and cuts magnetic induct
