1. Implementation Plan for Pipeline Pressure Monitoring System
Implementation Plan for Pipeline Pressure Monitoring System Based on the pressure monitoring needs of water supply, heating, oil, gas and other pipelines, and combined with the functional characteristics of Tangshan Speed Connection Pipeline Pressure and Flow Monitoring System, the following implementation plan is formulated, covering core aspects such as system architecture, functional implementation, equipment deployment and monitoring center construction.
1. System Architecture Design The system adopts a layered distributed architecture, consisting of front-end monitoring equipment, data transmission network, and monitoring center software platform, to achieve real-time collection, transmission, analysis, and visual display of pressure data.
. Front end monitoring equipment: including pressure sensors, flow sensors, and data acquisition terminals (RTUs), responsible for on-site data collection and preprocessing. Data transmission network: Supports wired (fiber optic, Ethernet) or wireless (GPRS, 4G/5G, LoRa) transmission methods to ensure stable data upload to the monitoring center. Monitoring center software platform: deployed on cloud servers or local servers, providing data storage, analysis, alarm, and visualization functions.2. Implementation of Core Functions: The system implements the following functions through a software platform to meet the needs of pipeline scheduling and safety management: Overview of Measurement Point Distribution: Display all monitoring point locations in the form of maps or topology maps, support quick positioning and group management.
. Real time data monitoring: dynamically display the pressure and flow values of each measuring point, with a configurable update frequency (such as 1 second/time). Over limit automatic alarm: Set pressure upper and lower limit thresholds, and notify management personnel through SMS, email, sound and light when exceeding the limit. Data curve analysis: Generate historical data trend curves, support multi point comparison, and assist in analyzing the operation rules of the pipeline network. Intelligent data statistics: Automatically calculate daily pressure, peak flow, volatility and other indicators, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports. Historical data query: supports retrieving historical data based on time, measurement points, events, and other conditions, and exporting reports in Excel or PDF format. User permission management: Divide roles such as administrator, operator, and visitor to control data access and operation permissions. Measurement point information settings: remotely configure sensor parameters (such as range, sampling frequency), alarm thresholds, and equipment maintenance plans.III. Main Equipment Deployment Plan Based on pipeline types (water supply, heating, oil, gas) and monitoring needs, the following equipment combinations are selected: pressure sensor: type: diffusion silicon pressure transmitter (suitable for water/gas), pressure resistance pressure sensor (suitable for oil).
. Accuracy: ± 0.1% FS (full range), meeting industrial level monitoring requirements. Installation: Weld or thread to the side wall or bottom of the pipeline, avoiding disturbed areas such as bends and valves. Flow sensors: Types: Electromagnetic flowmeter (water/sewage), turbine flowmeter (gas), ultrasonic flowmeter (petroleum). Installation: The length of the s
